Buffalo Creek near Jamestown affecting Cloud County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Buffalo Creek near Jamestown. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding begins along the creek as the south bank overflows. At 16.9 feet, Farm field along the north bank of the Buffalo Creek floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:24 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 16.7 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
