Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. * WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects many residences along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to crest at 12.9 feet today. It will fall to 11.9 feet by Monday evening then rise again to 12.7 feet by Thursday, October 8th. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
