Little Blue River Near Deweese affecting Clay and Nuckolls Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is currently ongoing and will be expected to continue through Friday morning. * WHERE...Little Blue River near Deweese. * WHEN...Until late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water overflows rural agricultural land and reaches the base of several buildings located 1.5 miles east of Deweese. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.1 feet, witch is 2.1 feet above the minor flood stage. - Forecast...The river is expected to soon crest just above 12 feet tonight before later falling back below flood stage sometime Friday morning to early afternoon. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
