Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Saline, Howard and Chariton Counties. Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Ray, Jackson and Lafayette Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Missouri... Missouri River At Miami affecting Saline, Chariton and Carroll Counties. Missouri River at Waverly affecting Lafayette, Saline and Carroll Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Glasgow. * WHEN...Until Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Farmland along the river floods. At 27.0 feet, Many agricultural levees are overtopped. Widespread flooding of rural areas occurs.
