Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Lafayette and Saline Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Waverly. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Rural areas along the river which are not protected by levees flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 24.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.7 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
