At 25.0 feet, Flooding begins at the east border of Agency. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
