Northeastern Coleman County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 758 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Coleman, Santa Anna, Grosvenor, Burkett, Cross Cut, Echo and Fisk. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
