Missouri River At Miami affecting Chariton, Carroll and Saline Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri... Missouri River at Waverly affecting Carroll, Saline and Lafayette Counties. Missouri River at Napoleon affecting Jackson, Ray and Lafayette Counties. Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Chariton, Howard and Saline Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 23.8 feet, Easley River Road and Smith Hatchery Road begin to flood. At 25.0 feet, Numerous farm levees are overtopped. Flooding of agricultural land and secondary roads occurs. Backwater flooding on Perche Creek causes flooding in McBaine. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:04 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 23.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.2 feet tomorrow morning.
