River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Jefferson City. * WHEN...From Sunday evening to Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 24.5 feet, The Katy Trail Floods near Rocheport. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 24.8 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
