Black Hawk Creek at Hudson affecting Black Hawk County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo. * WHEN...Until Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects Hudson...including the 800 block of Dale Dr. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 17.1 feet, and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
