Some residential evacuations may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.9 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
