Black Hawk Creek at Hudson affecting Black Hawk County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water closes Ranchero Rd in Waterloo. Some residential evacuations may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.1 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 16.5 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
