...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa... Black Hawk Creek at Hudson affecting Black Hawk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Iowa 58 as well as Fletcher Ave and Ridgeway Ave at US 63 in Waterloo. Water also affects Watters Rd. Some residential evacuations may be needed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.2 feet, and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling to 8.0 feet Sunday, October 11. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
