* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...South Central Bent County in southeastern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 215 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of Rule Creek and other small streams continues for areas of Bent County, south of John Martin Reservoir. Inundation of low-lying or flood prone areas remains possible. Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1143 AM MDT, Stream gauge observations indicate flooding continues in the warned area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Rule Creek and Muddy Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of South Central Bent County. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
