* WHAT...Flooding along Rule Creek and other small streams caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Bent County in southeastern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 1215 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of Rule Creek, additional small streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 908 AM MDT, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Rule Creek and Muddy Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
