Water also approaches the village of Arkoe. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 18.9 feet this evening. It will then fall just after midnight tonight. It will rise to 22.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
