IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Knoxville and Bearden. This includes the following highways... Interstate 75 in Tennessee between mile markers 108 and 110. Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 377 and 393.
