FFWFWD The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Central Bosque County in central Texas... * Until 1045 AM CDT. * At 750 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Debris flow issues from the Hydra fire burn scar south of Meridian may occur as well due to the heavy rainfall. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Meridian and Meridian State Park.
