* WHAT...For the Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures in the mid 90s to 102 and warm nights with low temperatures in the 70s expected. For the Wind Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph expected. * WHERE...Orange County Inland Areas. * WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM PDT Thursday. For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles.
