HAZARD...Near zero visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. Locations impacted include... San Angelo, Ballinger, Sterling City, Mertzon, Paint Rock, Christoval, Maverick, Eden, Miles, Hatchel, Knickerbocker, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, Eola, Rowena, Orient, San Angelo State Park, Twin Buttes Reservoir, Carlsbad, Mereta, and Ivie Reservoir Near Concho Park Marina.
