Affected Areas
South Cornwall coast from Lizard Point to Gribbin Head excluding the Tidal Fal Estuary. Areas particularly at risk include low lying coastal communities including Cadgwith and Coverack, Porthallow, the tidal Helford Estuary, Maenporth and Swanpool, St.Mawes, East Portholland, Gorran Haven, Portmellon, Mevagissey, Pentewan and Par.

High tides this evening may lead to flooding. Forecast total high tide level is 2.68mAOD at Falmouth. Expect tide levels along the coast to be between 0.42 and 0.47 metres above tide table level. Strong force 6 SE winds and offshore wave heights of over 1.7m are forecast over the high tide.
