Expected Conditions
Minor flooding may develop across the Flood Watch area from Saturday afternoon onwards, with the chance of isolated moderate flooding in areas of higher rainfall. A cold front will approach Victoria on late Friday and cross the state during Saturday. Moderate rainfall is forecast across parts of the north and north east of the state, with the highest rainfall totals forecast about the eastern ranges and alpine areas. Catchments are wet to very wet in these areas, with river levels remaining elevated in parts.
