Expected Conditions

Minor flooding may develop across the Flood Watch area from Saturday afternoon onwards, with the chance of isolated moderate flooding in areas of higher rainfall. A cold front will approach Victoria on late Friday and cross the state during Saturday, bringing moderate rainfall to parts of the north and north east, with highest totals about the eastern ranges and alpine areas. Catchments are wet to very wet with river levels remaining elevated.
