What Happened
The battery management system in the lithium-ion batteries in the S1 Dry Flush Sealing Toilet and S1 Adapter Kit does not prevent charging when the temperature is at or below 0°C. The battery can be damaged if charged at temperatures below 0°C. Damaged batteries can overheat, release smoke and toxic gas or catch fire in any weather, even if not being used.
