- Florida (Big Bend): Leon County, Eastern Gadsden County, Southeastern Liberty County, Northwestern Jefferson County, and Northern Wakulla County.
- Georgia: Grady County, Thomas County, Colquitt County, Southeastern Decatur County, Southeastern Mitchell County, and Northwestern Brooks County.
Specific locations impacted include Tallahassee, Woodville, Monticello, Tallahassee State College, Florida State University, Moultrie, Thomasville, Havana, Pelham, Midway, Florida A and M, Cairo, Camilla, Boston, Norman Park, Ochlocknee, Pavo, Coolidge, Whigham, and Doak Campbell Stadium.

Note that a Tornado Watch remains in effect for the Florida Big Bend and south central/southwestern Georgia until 3:00 PM EST.

At 11:42 AM EST, radar indicated severe thunderstorms located along a line extending from 6 miles west of Pelham to near Midway to 19 miles northwest of Carrabelle. The line is moving east at 40 mph.
