Minor flooding is currently occurring. As of 12:10 PM CST on Saturday, the river stage was measured at 1167.1 feet, which is above the designated flood stage of 1167.0 feet. The bankfull stage for this area is 1165.0 feet. At the current level of 1167.0 feet, water is expected to approach buildings in both DC Everest Park and Oak Island Park. This crest is comparable to a previous historical crest of 1167.2 feet recorded in December 2015.
