Urban areas and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate that 2 to 4 inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Impacts include the flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying or flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow-moving or standing water.
