- Humboldt Hill
- Pine Hills
- Bayview
- Cutten
- Myrtletown
- Elk River Road

Residents are advised to follow the “Turn around, don’t drown” rule when encountering flooded roads, as most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass the information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
Expected Conditions
Urban areas and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate that 2 to 4 inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Impacts include the flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying or flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow-moving or standing water.
