Minor flooding is forecast for the Meramec River. As of 10:15 AM CST on Saturday, the river stage was measured at 18.1 feet. The river is expected to rise above the flood stage of 23.0 feet early Sunday afternoon, reaching a projected crest of 23.4 feet by Sunday evening.
Specific impacts include the following: at 22.9 feet, the entire boat ramp path at Minnie Ha Ha Park will be submerged. Forecasts are based on observed and predicted precipitation for the next 48 hours.
