The river is forecast to rise above the 13.0-foot flood stage early Wednesday morning, peaking at 13.1 feet. While it is expected to briefly fall to 12.4 feet on Thursday, a second rise to 13.3 feet is anticipated by Friday morning. At the 13.0-foot stage, lowland areas near the river are subject to flooding.
