HALO Dream has recalled approximately 45,000 Magic Sleepsuits because the zipper head can detach, posing a choking risk to infants.

What Happened

HALO Dream, Inc. has initiated a recall of approximately 45,000 HALO Magic Sleepsuits. The recall was prompted by reports that the zipper head can detach from the garment, creating a potential choking hazard for infants. To date, the firm has received 15 reports of the zipper head detaching, though no injuries have been reported.

Which Products Are Affected

This recall involves HALO Magic Sleepsuits with the following batch codes:

  • PO30592
  • PO30641
  • PO30685

The affected sleepsuits feature a 100% cotton shell and lining with 100% polyester fill. They are designed with double zippers running down each side of the front and have “HALO Magic Sleepsuit” printed on the front. The garments were sold in various colors in both small and large sizes.

Consumers can identify the recalled products by checking the batch codes and the “Made in India” text printed on the sewn-in label inside the garment and the hang tag affixed to the outside. The products were sold online at Halosleep.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Target.com from September 2025 through February 2026 for approximately $50.

What You Should Do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled HALO Magic Sleepsuits. To participate in the recall and receive a remedy, owners should register online at www.sleepsuitrecall.com. After registration, consumers will receive a coupon code for a replacement sleepsuit or a $50 store credit to be used on the firm’s website. HALO Dream advises consumers not to discard the recalled garment until they have received their coupon code.
