Grtard Magnetic Stick Figure Toy Sets Recalled Due to Serious Ingestion Hazard
Grtard is recalling approximately 130 magnetic stick figure toy sets sold on Walmart.com because they contain loose magnets that pose a risk of serious injury or death if swallowed.
What Happened
Grtard has issued a recall for its magnetic stick figure toy sets because the products contain loose, high-powered magnets that violate mandatory federal safety standards for toys. If swallowed, these magnets can attract each other or other metal objects through intestinal walls, leading to severe internal injuries. No injuries have been reported to date.
Which Products Are Affected
The recall involves approximately 130 “Grtard Magnet Stick Figure Men Toy Sets.” Each set includes 10 flexible stick figures in various colors: purple, black, red, orange, pink, yellow, bright blue, dark blue, white, and green. The figures come in both solid and transparent colors, and each figure has four small magnets—one in each hand and foot. The products were sold in clear plastic packaging labeled “Grtard.”
These toy sets were sold exclusively online at Walmart.com from May 2025 through November 2025 for approximately $12.
What You Should Do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled magnetic stick figures and take them away from children. To receive a full refund, consumers are instructed to dispose of the product and email a photo of the disposed toy to Grtard at [email protected].
Why This Matters
When high-powered magnets are ingested, they can become lodged in the digestive system, causing perforations, twisting, or blockages of the intestines. These conditions can lead to blood poisoning and death, making the violation of toy safety standards a critical concern.
